How you find your goodies!

When a package arrives from one of your favourite Delloop Retailers you can SCAN the QR code to receive your Incentive. (Mobile App only)

The SCAN icon (camera viewfinder icon) is on the bottom menu of the Delloop mobile App:

  • Click the scan icon (camera viewfinder icon) which opens your phone’s camera
  • Hold your phone over the QR code on the package
  • The full details of your Incentive will be displayed
  • Your Incentive will be saved into the Incentives section of the App
