In your Mobile App and Web App, you will see your personal Dashboard.
The first thing you will notice is a visual representation of your product Warranties. If nothing is displayed it is because you have just started using Delloop.
In this section you can:
Hover over the Dashboard Warranty graph to see the percentage of products you have purchased that have a warranty – the colour coding shows the status of those that are GREEN: Warranty is current, ORANGE: Warranty is expiring in less than 2 months and RED: Warranty has expired.
Click on the graph to see a full list of products and their warranty status
Choose a product by clicking on the ‘EYE” icon to see full details of the transaction
If a product’s warranty has expired and you want to buy it again, you can scroll down and click the ‘Buy it Again’ button which takes you automatically to the store to buy the product again!
Your Member Dashboard also shows you:
Purchasing data, such as spending patterns
Types of purchases
Incentive points (Retailers may provide ‘points’ as gifts)
