Lisbon, May 25th 2021: Set to revolutionise the digital/phygital retail space with its innovative solutions for the handling of customer data, Delloop is proud to be one of a select group of start-ups to participate in Europe’s largest data-centric accelerator – DMS.
DMS (Data Market Services), is an initiative of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program which aims at overcoming the barriers that data-centric SMEs and start-ups face as they expand the boundaries of innovation.
“This has come at a pivotal time in our expansion,” stated CEO, Lou Schillaci. “Being part of the DMS Accelerator will allow us to validate our go-to-market strategy. Importantly it will assist us in further developing our solution in full compliance with GDPR, as well as assisting with our fundraising and the development of our Delloop Partner Program. “
VP Worldwide Sales, Sam Selim, commented: “This is a great opportunity to showcase our technology to Europe’s largest eCommerce players, whilst introducing Delloop to the wider European market.”
Delloop was selected for the DMS Accelerator from hundreds of applicants for its innovative data-centric solutions. Delloop’s people-centred platform empowers customers to have control of all their own data – concerning purchases, returns, support and recycling – all in one place. And they are incentivised to do so.
By capturing the data generated across the life cycle (sale, delivery, usage, warranty and recycling) in a closed-loop, retailers gain a 360-degree perspective, and broader than usual insights, of their customers’ needs, desires and expectations.
DMS Program Partners include Kings College London, University of Southampton, Ogilvy, European Research Consortium for Informatics & Mathematics and a variety of business and technology innovators.
The DMS Accelerator commences May 31 and has a 6-month duration.
