Retailer Beta Test Instructions

Thank you for participating in this RETAILER beta test program.

WHAT WE ARE TESTING

The intention of BETA testing the Delloop Retailer Backend is to familiarise yourself with all the functions and benefits of Delloop and to report any bugs or issues and offer constructive feedback.

Note: If you’d like to join that BETA test group, please advise [email protected]

You have two options:

Part One – this is essential in order to complete the Retailer BETA test. In this section you review the Retailer Backend only.

Part Two – if you want to have a full experience and understanding of how Delloop works, then go to Part Two where you can also login as a Delloop Member and simulate the experience that a Customer would have interacting with a Retailer.

PART ONE – RETAILER BACKEND

STEP ONE
Go to retailer.delloop.com

  1. Login as ‘[email protected]
  2. Use password ‘123456’
  3. You are now inside the TEST Retailer App
  4. Sample graphics etc for us in this testing are available here

STEP TWO
Go to top right where you will see ‘Hi Online Shop’

You do not need to do anything here, as for the purposes of the BETA test you are registered as the Online Shop. However, this is where a new Retail Member would enter their Retailer Profile.

STEP THREE
Insights (left hand menu)

The graphs in this section depict some of the Insights that Delloop will provide Retailers. These will expand over time and provide a range of analytics about their Customers who are Delloop Members.

At the moment these graphs provide information on – Age, Gender, ASP per gender, and the number of Delloop Incentives that have been scanned at the point of delivery.

STEP FOUR
Delivery Issues  (left hand menu)

When a Customer has a problem at the point of delivery they can message the Retailer to ask for support.

In this area the Retailer will see a list of all the DELIVERY ISSUE MESSAGES that they have received.

The left hand column shows the ORDER NUMBER.  If you click on this you will see full details of that order. You will notice that every Delivery Issue includes this packet of information which Delloop provides automatically, so that neither Customer nor Retailer need to search for personal or order identification.

In the top left hand menu a drop down allows you to sort and then display the list according to the TYPE OF ISSUE, e.g., ‘Package Damaged’.

The other three boxes across the top of the list allow the Retailer to SEARCH by Customer, Order Number and Date Range.

To the right of each line is an EYE icon. When you click on this you will see the communication (via a messaging system) that has occurred between Customer and Retailer. This might include documents and/or photos.

If you decide to go to Part Two and test the Delloop Member App you can experiment with the Delivery Issues messaging system yourself – sending a message as a Customer and then replying as the Retailer.

STEP FIVE:
Queries  (left hand menu)

QUERIES operate similarly to Delivery Issues.

The Customer can MESSAGE the Retailer for Pre or Post Sales help, Technical Support, Warranty Claims and to ask General Questions and provide Feedback.

The Retailer can arrange the list according to the TYPE OF QUERY, and they SEARCH by Customer, Product and Date Range.

Once again, when you click on the EYE icon you will see the messaging that has taken place between Retailer and Customer.

If you decide to go to Part Two and test the Delloop Member App you can experiment with the Queries messaging system yourself – sending a message as a Customer and then replying as the Retailer.

STEP SIX
Incentives (left hand menu)

Every time a Customer receives a delivery the outer packaging contains a label with a QR code which they are encouraged to scan in order to receive a Gift (INCENTIVE) from the Retailer.

This action incentivises them to DOWNLOAD the Delloop App, which makes them a Delloop Member, and which also opens the door to the many new touchpoints that will bring them closer to the Retailer.

In the main screen you can see a List of INCENTIVES previously created which can be sorted by Incentive Type and Date Range.

The COUPON CODE is what the Customer would use to claim the Incentive.

Retailers create their own Incentives in the following way. Please do these steps:

  1. Click (top right) on ADD INCENTIVE
  2. Give your Incentive a TITLE
  3. In the drop-down menu APPLICABLE ON CATEGORIES this is where you would choose the type of type of products – to test type ‘AC’ for Accessories

ALERTS can be sent to a Retailer’s own customers or to the entire Delloop Membership base.
